Walk, run, or bike 100 miles in 100 days
January 1, 2013 through Apil 10th.
Designed to get you moving, this 100-day event is Pineville Parks and Recreation’s way to promote active living in the community where you live, work and play. Beginning January 1, 2013. The program will officially end on April 10, 2013. Participants will sign up to walk, run or pedal 100 miles in 100 days! ***New this time around; 3 miles peddled equals 1 mile walked.
Take the challenge and start tracking your miles on January 1st with the paper log provided by Active Ally, our fitness guru: 100 Mile Log Sheet. You may also want to try one of many online or mobile apps for exercise tracking, such as RunKeeper.com or DailyBurn.com.
